Flash Flooding at Hwy 94 and Otay Lakes Road per CHP.  This from their incident log.  Not sure which Fire Station is referenced.  Any other info out there?

1:16 PM 1 RP REPORTING HEAVY RAIN CAUSING FLASH FLOODING IN THE AREA
The National Weather Service has issues a Flash Flood Warning for our area (Dulzura/Deerhorn) until 3:00 PM.  We just had some severe lightning and thunder pass through with strong winds and heavy rain.  Thunder is still heard, but more distant.  Heads’ Up.  Stay inside.  The Weather Service says that this Severe Thunderstorm is moving slowly south from Dulzura.  Stay alert and aware.
