RED FLAG WARNING: FIRE WEATHER WATCH
November 3, 2012 (San Diego’s East County) – The National Weather Service has issued a red flag warning for high fire risk starting at 7 p.m. Sunday night through 4 p.m. Monday. The red flag warning is issued due to low humidity and gusty winds forecast up to 30 mph.
Temperatures should begin cooling later in the week, with partially cloudy weather and a chance of rain Thursday through Saturday.
