It's that time of year again!!
For some reason, I've been avoiding our loquat tree this year. So many loquats & so little time. Well, I had made a decision last year to make more loquat salsa & since it calls for bell peppers, that it would be fun to color code the salsas....making the hottest out of loquats & red bell peppers, the next batch with orange, then yellow, then green. While grocery shopping I saw the bag of mixed bell peppers & grabbed some loquats off the tree to see how it goes. I also grabbed some of our kumquats to try a kumquat infused vodka. I'll let you know how it goes!!
